Prepare the Package
Place the unused locks or hardware in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, keys, and installation templates are included to qualify for a refund.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
