Kaba SB312SC. Designed for use with the KABA 950 and 951 range of narrow style backset locks.
The SB312 retro-fits to all common manufacturers’ locks in the market, while its handed installation is easily field reversible.
This case fixed turn escape lever features a single lever operation to unlock a door and meets the requirements of egress for exit doors. It also meets AS1428.1
Design for Access and Mobility when fitted to a standard aluminium extrusion of 45mm thick.
The SB312 comes with a surface fixed escutcheon (FA950), which provides stability by clamping onto the cylinder and face fixing to the door, while the patented mechanism provides travel restriction to prevent lock damage.
