Increase the flexibility of Australia’s most trusted commercial padlock by simply replacing the shackle of any ABUS 83/45 or 83AL/45 with the new Cable Flexible Shackle.

Great for securing items that require a little more flexibility than a rigid shackle.

To suit ABUS 83/45 & 83AL/45 Series padlocks.

• Simply remove the shackle from the 83/45 Series padlock via the quick-change shackle tool.
• Shackle spring must be removed.
• Both locking balls must be used for the cable flex shackle.
• Install the cable shackle end (without the red arrow) into the padlock using the quick-change shackle tool.
• Re-install the padlock cylinder core.
• Cable unlocking side has red arrows indicated on the shackle insert.
• To lock key must be turned to open & close, Cable Flex Shackle is NOT snap shut.
• Stainless Steel coated flexible cable 450mm or 1200 mm long  (8 mm diameter).
• Supplied in individual poly bag.
